6-10kg - £19.99
11-20kg - £29.99
21-30kg - £49.99
31kg and above - £59.99
Our delivery team will deliver and unpack your item for you so that you can give your item a full inspection before signing the proof of delivery note.
When in stock we will deliver within 2-3 weeks to ground floor only. Should you require our two man white glove service which includes the delivery of item to a room of choice, packaging removed and taken away and assembly of item where applicable, please select the ‘assembly option’ at checkout. This service is chargeable and should be booked before delivery. The optional ‘assembly’ service does not include the assembly and fitting of electrical items or attaching items to your walls.
All measurements and weights are given on for each item in the technical information section, however for large and heavy items, please make sure that you have considered any access restrictions (i.e from parking to winding staircases).
Lucy Willow Ltd can not be held accountable for items that need to be returned in these instances.
RETURNS
If you would like to return your item, there will be a return and re-stocking charge of £60 per furniture item for all postcodes in Mainland UK with the exception of the above mentioned postcodes which will incur a return charge of £170 per furniture item. You have 14 days from the day of delivery to advise us that you would like to return an item for a refund. After the 14 day period, we can no longer accept return requests.
